Circuit Training

Our Circuit Training program is an hour long consisting of different weight techniques, cardio exercises and body weight workouts. You will set your own pace and keep motivated with the help of our instructors. By adding the Circuit Training program to your daily regimen, you will redefine your body and gain muscle definition. It is a great way to supplement your yoga and barre practice. So, get ready, motivate yourself and get started today!

Circuit Training not only includes outdoor group sessions but also “open gym hours”. You can come in and get a workout with a personal trainer during certain time frames of the day!
